I am here to support you on your journey to welcoming your baby: from pregnancy through to after birth, or at specific moments, depending on your needs. I offer continuous, non-judgemental support throughout labour, birth, and the early postnatal period, regardless of how or where you choose to give birth.

Before Birth.

I support you from pregnancy through birth, beginning with antenatal preparation that gives you the space to explore your options, understand how birth works, and reflect on what truly matters to you. I incorporate hypnobirthing tools and techniques to help you build calm, confidence, and trust in your body and your baby, reducing anxiety and supporting informed decision-making. This preparation helps you feel grounded and present during labour and birth, even when things don’t go exactly as planned. I also support your emotional readiness, helping you and your partner build trust, clarify expectations, and develop practical tools for coping with labour, advocating for your needs, and navigating the early postnatal period. My aim is to help you adapt with confidence, connect deeply with your baby, and step into parenthood with self-trust and reassurance.

During Birth.

I offer calm, continuous support from the very first signs of labour through to those precious hours after birth. From early labour guidance and practical tips to help things progress, to gentle coaching that helps you stay relaxed and confident, I’m there to support both you and your partner.

I help you recognise when it’s time to go to your birth location, use hands-on, non-medical comfort techniques, and navigate hospital protocols with clarity and confidence.

I also support informed decision-making, help communicate your wishes clearly to your care team, and ensure partners feel involved and empowered. â€‹After birth, I continue to care for you with support for initial recovery and feeding, so you feel held, heard, and nurtured as you begin life with your baby.

After Birth.

My immediate postpartum support is centred on caring for you as you recover and find your footing in early parenthood. Through gentle guidance and practical advice for your physical recovery, alongside compassionate mental health check-ins and access to supportive resources, I help ensure you feel supported in every sense.

I offer calm, non-judgemental help with all forms of feeding, guidance as you learn to care for your newborn, and reassurance around common early challenges such as infant sleep, gas, and soothing your baby. 

With nurturing home visits to check in, answer questions, and offer steady reassurance, you’re supported in a way that honours your needs as much as your baby’s.
